General
1. The Promoter is i4wd.club Pty Ltd (ABN: 44 687 053 336 - Address: Level 1/202 Ross River Rd, Aitkenvale QLD 4814).
2. The purchase of an i4wd.club membership is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and anything else that refers to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

Who Can Enter
5. Entry is open to anyone who is an Australian resident of QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, TAS, WA & NT living inside Australia except employees and immediate families of the Promoter and their associated companies and agencies. Immediate family includes: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, or first cousin.
6. Residents of South Australia are excluded from this promotion.
7. Entry is only valid to Australian Residents living within QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, TAS, WA & NT Australia at the time of entry. Any Australian Residents who live outside of Australia who purchase a membership will not receive entries into the giveaway and will not be counted in the draw.
8. If the entrant is under the age of 18, written consent from a parent/guardian must be submitted to dan@i4wd.club in order for the membership purchase to be counted in the draw. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded on their behalf to a parent or guardian.
9. The address supplied by entrants must be an address within Australia.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address, and/or proof of entry validity or proof of registration ownership in order to claim a prize. Proof considered suitable is at the discretion of the Promoter. If a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole, and no substitute will be offered.

When to Enter
11. This promotion starts at 12:01am AEST on Friday, February 27th, 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on Thursday, March 26th, 2026.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion, or for any other reason.

How to Enter
13. Entrants may enter the competition by purchasing any of the i4wd.club Membership options on offer via www.i4wd.club.
14. Entrants are required to take full responsibility for the content of their entry and for ensuring that their entry complies with these Terms and Conditions. For these content requirements, “entry content” includes any content (including text) that entrants submit in connection with their entry into the Promotion.
15. Any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant by a third party will be invalid unless the entrant requires the assistance of a third party to enter due to a disability.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry, or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter.
17. Only entrants who have and can provide proof of purchase of the items in their entry package purchase listed in ‘How to Enter’ at the time of competition close will be eligible to win. Except as set out in clause 31, prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Number of Entries Permitted
18. Once 6,000 eligible entrants have been recorded, no further entries will be allocated for this promotion. Any memberships purchased after the cap is reached will not receive entries into this promotion (but will still receive all standard membership benefits).

Draw and Notification of Winner
19. The winners will be the first three (3) valid entries submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions that are drawn by The Promoter by random name selection on Friday the 27th of March, 2026 at 4pm AEST, unless the maximum amount of entrants is reached, in which case all entrants will be notified via email that the draw has closed and the draw will take place the following day at 4pm. The draw will be held via live stream on the i4wd.club Instagram account (@i4wd.club) from the location of Level 1/202 Ross River Rd, Aitkenvale QLD 4814. The draw will be conducted in the presence of an independent person who is not involved in the conduct or management of the Promotion.
20. The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result or any other decisions the Promoter makes in connection with the Promotion.
21. Each winner will be notified by phone, email, and via social media within 24 hours of the draw.
22. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
23. In the event that the winners are not able to be contacted, The Promoter will continue to attempt to contact the winners via phone, email and social media over a 1 week period, at which point the Promoter will perform a redraw to source another winner(s).
24. If contact with the initially drawn winner(s) is unable to be made within 1 week, a new winner(s) will be drawn via live stream at 4pm, Friday, the 3rd of April, 2026, on the i4wd.club Instagram account (@i4wd.club) from the location of Level 1/202 Ross River Rd, Aitkenvale QLD 4814.

Prize On Offer
25. There are three (3) prizes available to be won in this Promotion.
26. Each prize consists of one (1) AUD $10,000 store credit (including GST) to be redeemed exclusively with either:
• Superior Engineering; OR
• Outback Equipment.
27. Each winner must elect in writing which supplier they wish to redeem their prize with. Once selected, the chosen supplier is final and cannot be changed.
28. The maximum retail value (RRP) of each prize is AUD $10,000 (including GST).
29. The total maximum prize pool value for this Promotion is AUD $30,000 (including GST).
30. If a winner elects to redeem their prize with Superior Engineering:
• The prize will be issued as a store credit held on the winner’s account with Superior Engineering.
• The credit may be used across multiple transactions within the validity period.
• The entire online product range of Superior Engineering is eligible.
• Freight and installation costs may be included within the $10,000 credit.
• The winner may use the credit toward purchases exceeding $10,000 and pay any balance owing.
31. If a winner elects to redeem their prize with Outback Equipment:
• The prize will be issued as digital store credit in the winner’s name.
• The credit will be redeemed across purchases up to a total value of $10,000.
• Superior Engineering branded products are excluded if Outback Equipment is selected.
• All other products stocked by Outback Equipment are eligible.
• Freight and installation costs may be included within the $10,000 credit.
• The winner may use the credit toward purchases exceeding $10,000 and pay any balance owing.
32. The prize:
• Is non-transferable;
• Cannot be redeemed for cash;
• Cannot be converted to another form of credit;
• Must be used by the winner only and taken as offered.
33. All store credit must be redeemed within six (6) months from the date of winner notification. Any unused balance remaining after this period will be forfeited.
34. If a selected product is temporarily unavailable, the winner may elect to:
• Wait until the product becomes available; or
• Select an alternative product of their choosing.
No cash alternative will be provided in the event of product unavailability.

Delivery of Prizes
35. All products purchased using the store credit will be fulfilled directly by the winner’s selected supplier (either Superior Engineering or Outback Equipment).
36. The Promoter will provide the winner’s details to the selected supplier for the purpose of establishing the store credit and facilitating redemption.
37. Products will be shipped directly from the supplier’s premises to the winner’s nominated Australian address.
38. Delivery is limited to addresses within Australia.
39. Freight costs are included within the $10,000 store credit allocation and are not provided separately by the Promoter.
40. Installation services, where offered by the selected supplier, may be paid for using the store credit and will be arranged directly between the winner and the supplier.
41. The Promoter is not responsible for stock availability delays, freight delays, supplier lead times, installation scheduling, or any circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
42. The winner agrees to comply with all relevant supplier trading terms, warranty policies, and conditions of sale.

Indemnity and Liability - Promotion Partners
43. This Promotion is conducted and administered solely by i4wd.club Pty Ltd. Superior Engineering and Outback Equipment act solely as prize fulfilment partners and are not responsible for the operation, management, or administration of the Promotion.
44. Superior Engineering and Outback Equipment have no liability in relation to:
• The conduct of the draw;
• The allocation of entries;
• The determination of winners;
• The administration of memberships;
• Any advertising, marketing, or promotional material relating to this Promotion.
45. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Superior Engineering and Outback Equipment (including their directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates) from and against any loss, damage, claim, liability, cost, or expense (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) arising out of or in connection with:
• Participation in the Promotion;
• Any act or omission by the entrant;
• Acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize or store credit;
• Any installation, modification, or fitment of products purchased using the store credit;
• Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the entrant.
46. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superior Engineering and Outback Equipment accept no responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, or expense (including indirect, special, or consequential loss) suffered or incurred in connection with:
• Participation in the Promotion;
• The awarding or use of any prize;
• The supply, installation, or use of any products purchased using the store credit.
47. All products supplied using the store credit are subject to the selected supplier’s standard terms and conditions, warranty policies, and the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
48. Once the store credit has been issued to the winner and provided to the selected supplier, the ongoing administration and redemption of that credit is the responsibility of the selected supplier in accordance with their trading terms.

Use of Personal Information
49. Any personal information you provide in the course of this Competition will be subject to these Terms & Conditions and to the Promoter’s Privacy policy which can be found at https://www.i4wd.club/policies/privacy-policy. You agree that the Promoter will use the contact details you provided as part of your entry to contact you in the event you are selected as one of the winners.
50. The prize recipient(s) agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
51. By entering the Competition, you agree to your personal information being used for the purposes described in these Terms and Conditions, including the purposes of assessing your eligibility, administering the Competition, prize fulfillment, and for contacting you if you are selected as a winner.

53. i4wd.club offers ongoing subscription services through our platform, with automatic renewals via direct debit until the member cancels or we terminate the service according to these terms. In addition to our subscription plans, we also offer one-off purchase membership options for those who prefer not to commit to a monthly subscription. Our membership plans are detailed as follows:

Accumulating Entries
54. Accumulating entries are a unique benefit of our membership plans that allow you to participate in all promotional draws. These entries accumulate each month as long as your membership remains active. The more entries you have, the higher your chances of winning in our promotional draws.
55. Monthly Memberships: Entries are added each month and continue to accumulate for as long as the subscription is active. You will receive an email each month after renewal updating your total entries. Please check your junk or spam folder for this email.
56. One-off Purchase Memberships: Entries are granted at the time of purchase, do not accumulate, and do not count for every giveaway. If purchased outside of a promotion, the entries will not count towards the following promotion.
57. Your accumulating entries are automatically added to your account. You will receive an email each month after renewal updating your total entries. You can also view your total entry count by logging into your Membership account on www.i4wd.club. Please check your junk and spam folders for this email.

Membership Cancellation
58. Memberships can be cancelled at any time by logging into your customer account, navigating to “My Membership,” and using the cancel button.
59. If a membership is cancelled while a giveaway is running, all accumulated entries will be forfeited and you will no longer be counted in the draw. Only active memberships are eligible.
60. If a membership is cancelled and later renewed, the total entries for that membership will reset to zero. Previously accumulated entries will not be regained.

Membership Upgrade/Downgrade
61. Memberships can be upgraded or downgraded at any time during a promotion and total accumulated entries gained from the original membership will be retained.
62. For an upgrade or downgrade to retain accumulated entries, the upgraded/downgraded membership must be purchased before the cancellation of the original membership.
63. If the original membership is cancelled before the purchase of the upgraded/downgraded membership by mistake, please reach out to dan@i4wd.club to discuss.

Other
64. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend a game and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, breach of law or regulation, or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
65. A game and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
66. All promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other Social Network.

Membership Refunds or Returns
67. i4wd.club membership purchases are non-refundable. By purchasing a membership, you agree that ongoing access is provided as a digital service and cannot be returned or refunded once activated.
68. This policy complies with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind, forgot to cancel, or no longer wish to use the membership.
69. Refunds will only be considered in the event of a major failure (as defined under the Australian Consumer Law) where services were not delivered as described or were unreasonably delayed.

Promotion Cancellation Clause
70. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned (including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of i4wd.club), i4wd.club may in its sole discretion suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

Club Rates Discounts
71. i4wd.club Pty Ltd is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of discount codes offered by Club Rates Partners. Partners may change or discontinue codes without notice. If a code does not work, contact dan@i4wd.club so we can investigate. We cannot guarantee codes will function 100% of the time and are not liable for changes, restrictions, or discontinuation by partners.

The Club House Fortnightly Store Credit Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

General

Eligibility

5. Entry is open exclusively to active Patched Members of i4wd.club who are part of The Club House Facebook group at the time of entry.

6. Only Australian residents of QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, TAS, WA & NT living inside Australia are eligible. Residents of South Australia are excluded from this giveaway.

7. Entrants must be a current, active i4wd.club Patched Member at the time of the draw. If a drawn name belongs to an inactive member, their entry will be void, and a redraw will take place immediately.

8. Members who join The Club House after 6:00 PM AEST on the Friday before a draw will not be included in the upcoming draw but will be eligible for the following one.

Entry Process

9. Entry is automatic for all active Patched Members who are part of The Club House Facebook group at the time of the draw.

10. A list of eligible members will be compiled and posted in The Club House on the Friday before each draw by 6:00 PM AEST.

11. Names from this list will be entered into a random name generator, and the winner will be drawn live.

Draw Details

12. The first giveaway draw will take place on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at 4:00 PM AEST, and every fortnight thereafter on Saturdays at 4:00 PM AEST.

13. Draws will be conducted live on the i4wd.club Instagram account (@i4wd.club).

14. The drawn name will be checked against our Shopify database to verify their membership status.

15. If the drawn winner is found to be inactive at the time of the draw, they will be removed from The Club House, and a redraw will take place immediately.

16. The winner will be notified via call, text, email, and tagged in a post in The Club House.

17. The winner has until the Friday before the following draw (a fortnight later) to respond and claim their prize.

18. If the winner does not respond within this period, a redraw will take place.

Prize Details & Redemption

19. The prize is $500 store credit redeemable with any i4wd.club Club Rates Partner.

20. The store credit is not redeemable for cash.

21. The winner must provide the details of the item(s) they wish to purchase from a Club Rates Partner, up to a total value of $500.

22. If the total value of the selected item(s) exceeds $500, the winner is responsible for covering the additional cost.

23. The $500 can be split across multiple Club Rates Partner businesses, up to the total value.

24. Store credit does not need to be used in a single transaction.

25. Store credit does not expire.

26. Once the store credit has been arranged with a Club Rates Partner, it cannot be withdrawn.

27. If a selected Club Rates Partner is unable to participate for any reason, the winner can choose another partner to use the credit with.

28. If a winner chooses not to spend the full $500, the remaining balance can be kept as store credit with i4wd.club, unless the winner opts to hold onto it for future use with a Club Rates Partner.

Winner Responsibilities

29. The winner is responsible for confirming the items they wish to purchase and ensuring they meet the Club Rates Partner's purchasing conditions.

30. The store credit must be used in accordance with the terms of the selected Club Rates Partner.

31. The winner cannot use the store credit to purchase gift cards.

32. i4wd.club is not responsible for product availability, delays, or issues once the store credit is arranged with a Club Rates Partner.

Redraws & Disqualifications

33. If a drawn winner does not respond within the designated timeframe (by the Friday before the next draw), a redraw will occur.

34. If a winner is found to have violated membership rules, engaged in fraudulent activity, or breached The Club House community guidelines, their prize will be forfeited, and a redraw will occur.

35. If a winner is disqualified due to inactivity, their name will be immediately redrawn live.

Limitations & Liabilities

36. i4wd.club is not liable if a Club Rates Partner business cannot fulfill an order after the store credit has been issued.

37. i4wd.club is not responsible for any delays caused by external factors such as stock shortages, supplier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

38. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, hacking incidents, legal requirements, or any event beyond reasonable control.

39. All decisions made by i4wd.club regarding this giveaway are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Privacy & Personal Information

40. Any personal information provided as part of this giveaway will be handled in accordance with i4wd.club’s Privacy Policy.

41. The winner agrees to have their name announced in The Club House and on i4wd.club’s social media platforms.

42. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the entrant’s consent, except where required by law.

43. The promoter reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to The Club House members and updated on the i4wd.club website.

Club Rates Discounts

44. i4wd.club is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of discount codes offered by our Club Rates Partners. While we strive to ensure that all discount codes remain valid and up to date, our partners may change or discontinue codes at their discretion without prior notice to us.
