General

1. The Promoter is i4wd.club (ABN: 23 493 837 834 Address: 12 Northshore Cct Idalia QLD 4811).

2. The purchase of an i4wd.club membership is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and anything else that refers to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

Who Can Enter

4. Entry is open to anyone who is an Australian resident living inside Australia except employees and immediate families of the Promoter and their associated companies and agencies. Immediate family includes the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, or first cousin.

5. Entry is only valid to Australian Residents living within Australia at the time of entry. Any Australian Residents who live outside of Australia who purchases a membership will not receive entries into the giveaway and will not be counted in the draw.

6. The address supplied by entrants must be an address within Australia.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address, and/or proof of entry validity or proof of registration ownership in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency, and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

When to Enter

8. The MEREDITH METALWORKS SNORKEL + AIRBOX Giveaway competition commences on Friday, the 30th of August 2024 at 12:01am AEDT and will close at 12:00pm AEDT Saturday, the 28th of September 2024 OR when the 600th membership is sold, whichever comes first. Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time.

9. The time of entry will, in each case, be the time the online entry is received by the Promoter’s database, not at the time of transmission by the entrant.

10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion, or for any other reason.

How to Enter

11. Entrants may enter the competition by purchasing any of the i4wd.club Membership options on offer via www.i4wd.club.

12. Entrants are required to take full responsibility for the content of their entry and for ensuring that their entry complies with these Terms and Conditions. For the purposes of these content requirements, “entry content” includes any content (including text) that entrants submit in connection with their entry into the Promotion.

13. Any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant by a third party will be invalid unless the entrant requires the assistance of a third party to enter due to a disability.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry, or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter.

15. Only entrants who have and can provide proof of purchase of the items in their entry package purchase listed in ‘How to Enter’ at the time of competition close will be eligible to win. Prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Number of Entries Permitted

16. This promotion does not have a maximum number of entries although it is limited to 600 entrants. Entrants can purchase different levels of membership giving them different amounts of entries.
Draw and Notification of Winner

17. The winner will be the first valid entry submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions that is drawn by The Promoter by random name selection on Saturday the 28th of September at 4pm. The draw will be held via live stream on the i4wd.club Instagram account (@i4wd.club) from the location of 12 Northshore Cct, Idalia, QLD 4811

18. The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result or any other decisions the Promoter makes in connection with the Promotion.

19. The winner will be notified by phone, email, and via social media within 24 hours of the draw.

20. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.

21. In the event that the winner is not able to be contacted, The Promoter will continue to attempt to contact the winner over a 24-hour period, at which point the Promoter will perform a redraw to source another winner.

22. If contact with the initially drawn winner is unable to be made within 24 hours, a new winner will be drawn via live stream at 4pm, Sunday the 29th of August, on the i4wd.club Instagram account (@i4wd.club) from the location of 12 Northshore Cct, Idalia, QLD 4811

Prize On Offer

23. The prize contains the following:

1. 1 x Custom stainless steel single snorkel & airbox for the vehicle of your choice, fabricated by Meredith Metalworks + shipping

24. Total prize value is up to $2,899.00 AUD, depending on the type of vehicle the winner chooses the snorkel & airbox to be made for.

25. The prize does not include installation of the snorkel & airbox, however this can be done by Meredith Metalworks at the winners expense.

26. Meredith Metalworks fabricates snorkels & airboxes for up to 500 different vehicles, in the off chance that they are unable to fabricate for the vehicle of your choice, a cash prize of $2,500 will be given.

27. The Promoter accepts no liability for any injuries or other experiences by the winner while undertaking activities or travel related to this competition and prize. The Promoter accepts no liability for costs incurred whilst undertaking activities related to this competition. The Promoter accepts no liability to damages incurred after the prize has been collected/delivered from the promoter.

28. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with a game.

29. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prize(s) are not transferable. Prize(s) are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

30. All warranties of products included in the promotion are the responsibility of the manufacturer. In the case of an issue with any products needing to be covered under warranty, please contact the manufacturers of the prizes.

Delivery of Prizes

27. If Meredith Metalworks has current stock for the winners chosen vehicle, the prizes will be shipped within 3 business days of the winner being drawn to the address specified by the winner directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. If any event were to prevent items being shipped within 3 business days, the winner will be contacted.

28. If Meredith Metalworks does not have stock for the winners chosen vehicle, it will be fabricated to suit. The fabrication process can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks. The winner will be notified of the estimated time frame and updated regularly on the progress.

29. Tracking information will be supplied to the winner by the manufacturers as soon as the items are shipped.

30. The Promoter takes no responsibility for items being lost in transit.

Delivery of Goods Purchased

30. Goods purchased from i4wd.club will be shipped within 3 business days from the date of purchase unless the items purchased are out of stock.

31. Tracking information will be supplied to the purchaser via email once the purchase has been fulfilled.

32. If items are out of stock, the purchaser will be notified in the order confirmation email, and goods will be shipped as soon as the item is restocked.

33. Restocking can take 2-4 weeks.

Use of Personal Information

34. Any personal information you provide in the course of this Competition will be subject to these Terms & Conditions and to the Promoter’s Privacy policy. You agree that the Promoter will use the contact details you provided as part of your entry to contact you in the event you are selected as one of the winners.

35. The prize recipient(s) agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

36. By entering the Competition, you agree to your personal information being used for the purposes described in these Terms and Conditions, including the purposes of assessing your eligibility, administering the Competition, prize fulfillment, and for contacting you if you are selected as a winner.

37. You are providing your information to i4wd.club and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy.

i4wd.club Membership Options

38. i4wd.club offers ongoing subscription services through our platform, with automatic renewals via direct debit until the member cancels or we terminate the service according to these terms. In addition to our subscription plans, we also offer one-off purchase membership options for those who prefer not to commit to a monthly subscription. Our membership plans are detailed as follows:

Monthly Memberships

39. Patched 4H Membership
o Monthly Cost: $10 per month
o Benefits include:
 50 accumulating entries per month into promotional draws.
 Continuous access to Club Rates as long as the subscription is active.

40. Patched 4LO Membership
o Monthly Cost: $20 per month
o Benefits include:
 120 accumulating entries per month into promotional draws.
 Continuous access to Club Rates as long as the subscription is active.

41. Patched Twin Locked Membership
o Monthly Cost: $50 per month
o Benefits include:
 300 accumulating entries per month into promotional draws.
 Continuous access to Club Rates as long as the subscription is active.

One-off Purchase Memberships

42. Weekender
o Cost: $5.00
o Benefits include:
 1 entry into promotional draws.
 1 week access to Club Rates.

43. Mud Bogger
o Cost: $15.00
o Benefits include:
 25 entries into promotional draws.
 1 month access to Club Rates.

44. Rock Crawler
o Cost: $50.00
o Benefits include:
 75 entries into promotional draws.
 3 months access to Club Rates.

45. Tourer
o Cost: $100.00
o Benefits include:
 150 entries into promotional draws.
 6 months access to Club Rates.

46. Off Grid
o Cost: $200.00
o Benefits include:
 250 entries into promotional draws.
 1 year access to Club Rates.

Accumulating Entries

47. Accumulating entries are a unique benefit of our membership plans that allow you to participate in promotional draws. These entries accumulate each month as long as your membership remains active. The more entries you have, the higher your chances of winning in our promotional draws.

o Monthly Memberships: Entries are added to your account each month. For example, with the Patched 4H Membership, you receive 50 entries every month. These entries continue to accumulate for as long as your subscription is active. For instance, the month you purchase your Patched 4H Membership, you have 50 entries. In the second month, your membership is worth 100 entries. In the third month, you have 150 entries, and by the fourth month, you have accumulated 200 entries. You will receive an email each month after renewal updating you of your total entries in the draw.

o One-off Purchase Memberships: Entries are granted at the time of purchase and do not accumulate over time. For instance, with the Weekender membership, you receive 50 entries for one month.

48. Your accumulating entries are automatically added to your account. You will receive an email each month after renewal updating you of your total entries in the draw. These entries give you the opportunity to win exclusive prizes and offers in our regular promotional draws.

Membership Cancellation

49. Memberships can be cancelled at any time by logging into your customer account on our website, then navigating to "My Membership" where you will find a button to cancel your membership.

o If a membership is cancelled while a giveaway is running, all accumulated entries will be forfeited, and you will no longer be counted in the draw. Only active memberships are eligible.

o If a membership is cancelled and later renewed, the total entries for that membership will reset to zero. You will not regain any of the entries accumulated before the cancellation.

Other

50. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend a game and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to a game will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

51. A game and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

52. All promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other Social Network.

Refunds or Returns

53. Purchases of i4wd.club memberships are non-refundable.
