General

1. The Promoter is i4wd.club Pty Ltd (ABN: 44 687 053 336 - Address: Level 1/202 Ross River Rd, Aitkenvale QLD 4814).

2. The purchase of an i4wd.club membership is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and anything else that refers to this Promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

4. All times stated in these Terms and Conditions are Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST, UTC+10) and do not adjust for daylight saving.

Who Can Enter

6. Entry is open to anyone who is an Australian resident of QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, TAS, WA & NT living inside Australia except employees and immediate families of the Promoter and their associated companies and agencies. Immediate family includes the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, or first cousin.

7. Residents of South Australia are excluded from this Promotion.

8. Entry is only valid to Australian Residents living within QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, TAS, WA & NT Australia at the time of entry. Any Australian Residents who live outside of Australia who purchase a membership will not receive entries into the Promotion and will not be counted in either draw.

9. If the entrant is under the age of 18, written consent from a parent/guardian must be submitted to dan@i4wd.club in order for the membership purchase to be counted in a draw. That consent must be received by the Promoter before the relevant entry cut-off time in order for the entrant's entries to be included in that draw. Consent received after a cut-off time will apply to later draws only. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded on their behalf to a parent or guardian.

10. The address supplied by entrants must be an address within Australia.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address, and/or proof of entry validity or proof of registration ownership in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency, and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole, and the prize will be awarded to a replacement winner in accordance with clause 43.

When to Enter

12. This Promotion starts at 12:01am AEST on Friday, 28 August 2026 and ends at 8:00pm AEST on Thursday, 24 September 2026.

13. This Promotion has two (2) draws, and each draw has its own entry cut-off time:

• Draw 1: entries must be recorded by 11:00am AEST on Friday, 11 September 2026.
• Draw 2: entries must be recorded by 8:00pm AEST on Thursday, 24 September 2026.

14. An entry is "recorded" at the time the Promoter's systems register a successful and completed payment for the relevant membership purchase or subscription renewal. The Promoter's record of that time is final and is the sole determinant of the draw or draws to which an entry is allocated.

15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion, or for any other reason.

How to Enter

16. Entrants may enter the Promotion by purchasing any of the i4wd.club Membership options on offer via www.i4wd.club.

17. Entrants are required to take full responsibility for the content of their entry and for ensuring that their entry complies with these Terms and Conditions. For the purposes of these content requirements, "entry content" includes any content (including text) that entrants submit in connection with their entry into the Promotion.

18. Any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant by a third party will be invalid unless the entrant requires the assistance of a third party to enter due to a disability.

19. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry, or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter.

20. Only entrants who have purchased, and can provide proof of purchase of, an eligible i4wd.club membership as set out in clause 74, and whose entries were recorded at or before the relevant entry cut-off time, are eligible to be drawn in the draw to which that cut-off applies. Eligibility to be drawn is determined as at the relevant entry cut-off time. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Number of Entries Permitted

21. A maximum of 6,000 eligible entrants may be recorded in this Promotion. This cap applies to the Promotion as a whole and does not reset between Draw 1 and Draw 2. Once 6,000 eligible entrants have been recorded, no new entrant will be admitted to the Promotion, and any person who purchases a membership after the cap has been reached will not receive entries into this Promotion. Such a person receives all other membership benefits and remains eligible for entries in future promotions. Both draws will still be conducted on the dates and at the times set out in these Terms and Conditions.

22. Entrants already recorded before the cap is reached continue to accrue entries in accordance with clauses 24 to 27 and clauses 75 to 78, including entries accruing on the renewal of a Patched membership.

23. There is no maximum number of entries per person. The number of entries an entrant holds depends on their membership tier and, for Patched memberships, the number of months that membership has been continuously active. Chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries recorded at the relevant entry cut-off time.

How Entries Apply to Each Draw

24. This is a single Promotion with two (2) draws. All valid entries recorded by the Draw 1 cut-off time will be included in both Draw 1 and Draw 2, provided the entrant remains eligible under these Terms and Conditions.

25. Entries recorded after the Draw 1 cut-off time and by the Draw 2 cut-off time will be included in Draw 2 only. For the avoidance of doubt, a membership purchased at or after 11:00am AEST on Friday, 11 September 2026 will not be included in Draw 1, even though the Draw 1 live stream takes place later that day at 4:00pm AEST.

26. Entries allocated from a one-off purchase membership apply to both Draw 1 and Draw 2 where that membership was recorded before the Draw 1 cut-off time. One-off purchase membership entries do not need to be re-purchased to be included in Draw 2.

27. Entries allocated from a Patched (recurring) membership are allocated to draws in accordance with clauses 24 and 25 according to when each monthly allocation is recorded. Entries recorded before the Draw 1 cut-off time apply to both draws. Entries accruing on a renewal recorded after the Draw 1 cut-off time apply to Draw 2 only. All such entries are subject to the cancellation provisions in clauses 79 to 82.

28. An entrant may only win one (1) prize in this Promotion. Where an entrant is drawn as the winner of Draw 1 and that prize is confirmed to that entrant, that entrant and all of their entries will be removed from the entry pool before Draw 2 is conducted, and that entrant is not eligible to be drawn in Draw 2. This exclusion also applies to any replacement winner determined by a redraw for Draw 1 whose prize is confirmed.

29. If an entrant drawn in Draw 1 forfeits the prize, is disqualified, declines the prize, or cannot be contacted and the prize is redrawn, that entrant's entries will be reinstated into Draw 2 provided the entrant remains otherwise eligible under these Terms and Conditions and their membership has not been cancelled. An entrant may only have their entries reinstated once.

Promotional Offers During the Promotion Period

30. The Promoter may, at its discretion, run promotional offers at any time during the Promotion. Such offers may include discounted membership pricing, introductory or first month discounts, promotional or discount codes, and bonus entry offers under which additional entries are allocated in connection with a qualifying membership purchase or renewal.

31. Any such offer will be conducted on the following basis:

• The terms of the offer, including the number of any bonus entries and the period for which the offer is open, will be published on www.i4wd.club before or at the time the offer opens.
• The offer will be open to all persons who meet the stated conditions of that offer and who are otherwise eligible to enter under these Terms and Conditions.
• Bonus entries are additional only. No offer will reduce, remove, or devalue any entries already recorded to any entrant.
• Bonus entries are allocated to draws in accordance with clauses 24 to 27, according to when those bonus entries are recorded.
• Bonus entries count toward an entrant's entry total but do not affect the entrant cap in clause 21, which applies to the number of entrants and not to the number of entries.

32. A discount applied to the price of a membership does not change the number of entries that membership carries. Entries are allocated according to membership tier as set out in clause 74, regardless of the price paid for that membership.

33. No promotional offer will change the prizes on offer, the number of draws, the entry cut-off times, the draw dates, or the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions. Any such change may only be made in accordance with clause 86.

Draws and Notification of Winners

34. There are two (2) draws in this Promotion. Each winner will be determined by computerised random selection from the pool of eligible entries, with each entry having an equal chance of selection, conducted by the Promoter as follows:

• Draw 1: one (1) winner, drawn at 4:00pm AEST on Friday, 11 September 2026.
• Draw 2: one (1) winner, drawn at 4:00pm AEST on Friday, 25 September 2026.

35. Each draw will be held via live stream on the i4wd.club Instagram account (@i4wd.club) from the location of 24 Lorna Ct, Mount St John QLD 4818, and will also be recorded for record-keeping purposes. Each draw will be conducted in the presence of an independent person who is not involved in the conduct or management of the Promotion.

36. Both winners will be awarded identical prize entitlements, as set out in clauses 45 to 53.

37. The Promoter's decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Promotion result or any other decisions the Promoter makes in connection with the Promotion.

38. The Promoter will attempt to notify each winner by phone, email, and via social media within 24 hours of the relevant draw, and will notify each winner in writing by email within two (2) business days of the relevant draw.

39. The full name and residential locality (suburb and State) of each winner will be published on the i4wd.club Instagram account (@i4wd.club) and on www.i4wd.club within two (2) business days of the relevant draw or redraw, and will remain published for at least 28 days.

40. Should an entrant's contact details change at any time before the last prize in this Promotion is awarded, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.

41. In the event that a winner is not able to be contacted, the Promoter will continue to attempt to contact that winner via phone, email and social media over a 1 week period, at which point the Promoter will perform a redraw to source another winner for that winner's slot.

42. If contact with an initially drawn winner is unable to be made within 1 week of the relevant draw, a redraw will be conducted via live stream on the i4wd.club Instagram account (@i4wd.club) from the location of 24 Lorna Ct, Mount St John QLD 4818, and will also be recorded for record-keeping purposes, in the presence of an independent person who is not involved in the conduct or management of the Promotion. A redraw for Draw 1 will be conducted at 4:00pm AEST on Friday, 18 September 2026, and a redraw for Draw 2 will be conducted at 4:00pm AEST on Friday, 2 October 2026. Each redraw will be conducted from the same pool of entries as the original draw it replaces, determined as at that draw's entry cut-off time, excluding the entries of the forfeiting or uncontactable winner and excluding the entries of any entrant whose prize has already been confirmed in this Promotion. Each redraw will be conducted specifically to replace the unreached winner, and will not affect the prize entitlement of any winner who has been successfully contacted.

43. Where a drawn winner forfeits the prize, is disqualified, declines the prize, or is found not to have been eligible under clauses 6 to 11 or clause 19, the Promoter will conduct a redraw for that prize in the same manner and from the same entry pool as set out in clause 42. Such a redraw will be conducted as soon as practicable and in any event within fourteen (14) days of the forfeiture or disqualification, and the Promoter will publish the redraw date and time on the i4wd.club Instagram account (@i4wd.club) at least 24 hours beforehand.

44. If a replacement winner determined by a redraw also cannot be contacted within 1 week of that redraw, or also forfeits or is disqualified, the Promoter will conduct further redraws on the same basis at 4:00pm AEST on each subsequent Friday until a winner is contacted and their eligibility confirmed, or until Friday, 18 December 2026, whichever occurs first.

Prize On Offer

45. There are two (2) prizes available to be won in this Promotion, being one (1) prize for each draw.

46. Each prize consists of one (1) AUD $10,000 store credit (including GST) to be redeemed exclusively with Superior Engineering (QLD) Pty Ltd (ABN: 59 121 122 905 - Address: 8 Chrome Court, Burpengary QLD 4505), referred to in these Terms and Conditions as "Superior Engineering".

47. The maximum retail value (RRP) of each prize is AUD $10,000 (including GST).

48. The total maximum prize pool value for this Promotion is AUD $20,000 (including GST).

49. The store credit will be administered as follows:

• The prize will be issued as a store credit held on the winner's account with Superior Engineering.
• The credit may be used across multiple transactions within the validity period.
• The entire online product range of Superior Engineering is eligible, together with installation services offered by Superior Engineering.
• Freight and installation costs must be met from within the $10,000 credit and are not provided separately by the Promoter.
• The winner may use the credit toward purchases exceeding $10,000 and pay any balance owing.

50. The prize:

• Is non-transferable;
• Cannot be redeemed for cash;
• Cannot be converted to another form of credit;
• Must be used by the winner only and taken as offered.

51. All store credit must be redeemed within six (6) months from the date the winner is notified in writing that their eligibility has been verified and the credit has been established. The Promoter will notify the winner in writing of the exact expiry date at the time the credit is established. Any unused balance remaining after this period will be forfeited.

52. If a selected product is temporarily unavailable, the winner may elect to:

• Wait until the product becomes available; or
• Select an alternative product of their choosing.

No cash alternative will be provided in the event of product unavailability.

53. Winners are responsible for ensuring that any products selected are compatible with their vehicle and comply with all relevant road-use, registration, and modification laws applicable in their State or Territory.

Delivery of Prizes

54. All products purchased using the store credit will be fulfilled directly by Superior Engineering.

55. The Promoter will provide the winner's details to Superior Engineering for the purpose of establishing the store credit and facilitating redemption.

56. Products will be shipped directly from Superior Engineering's premises to the winner's nominated Australian address.

57. Delivery is limited to addresses within Australia.

58. Freight costs must be met from within the $10,000 store credit allocation and are not provided separately by the Promoter.

59. Installation services, where offered by Superior Engineering, may be paid for using the store credit and will be arranged directly between the winner and Superior Engineering.

60. The Promoter is not responsible for stock availability delays, freight delays, supplier lead times, installation scheduling, or any circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control.

61. The winner agrees to comply with all relevant Superior Engineering trading terms, warranty policies, and conditions of sale.

62. By accepting a prize, winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional activity relating to the Promotion if requested by the Promoter. Winners consent to the use of their name, social media handle, photographs, video content, vehicle images, and general location (state or region) for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes in any media without additional compensation.

63. Winners may be invited to provide feedback or share their experience relating to their prize, including leaving a review on the i4wd.club Facebook page or participating in social media content, to help promote the i4wd.club community and future promotions.

Indemnity and Liability - Promotion Partner

64. This Promotion is conducted and administered solely by i4wd.club Pty Ltd. Superior Engineering acts solely as a prize fulfilment partner and is not responsible for the operation, management, or administration of the Promotion.

65. Superior Engineering has no liability in relation to:

• The conduct of either draw;
• The allocation of entries;
• The determination of winners;
• The administration of memberships;
• Any advertising, marketing, or promotional material relating to this Promotion.

66. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Superior Engineering, including its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates, from and against any loss, damage, claim, liability, cost, or expense (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) arising out of or in connection with:

• Participation in the Promotion;
• Any act or omission by the entrant;
• Acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize or store credit;
• Any installation, modification, or fitment of products purchased using the store credit;
• Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the entrant.

67. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superior Engineering accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, or expense (including indirect, special, or consequential loss) suffered or incurred in connection with:

• Participation in the Promotion;
• The awarding or use of any prize;
• The supply, installation, or use of any products purchased using the store credit.

68. All products supplied using the store credit are subject to Superior Engineering's standard terms and conditions, warranty policies, and the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

69. Once the store credit has been issued to the winner and provided to Superior Engineering, the ongoing administration and redemption of that credit is the responsibility of Superior Engineering in accordance with their trading terms.

Use of Personal Information

70. Any personal information you provide in the course of this Promotion will be subject to these Terms & Conditions and to the Promoter's Privacy policy which can be found at https://www.i4wd.club/policies/privacy-policy. You agree that the Promoter will use the contact details you provided as part of your entry to contact you in the event you are selected as one of the winners.

71. The prize recipient(s) agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions.

72. By entering the Promotion, you agree to your personal information being used for the purposes described in these Terms and Conditions, including for the purposes of assessing your eligibility, administering the Promotion, prize fulfillment, and for contacting you if you are selected as a winner.

73. You are providing your information to i4wd.club Pty Ltd. Your information will not be disclosed to any other party except as described in these Terms and Conditions, including the disclosure of winners' details to Superior Engineering under clause 55, and except as required by law or by a State or Territory regulatory authority. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy, https://www.i4wd.club/policies/privacy-policy.

i4wd.club Membership Options

74. i4wd.club offers ongoing subscription services through our platform, with automatic renewals via direct debit until the member cancels or we terminate the service according to these terms. In addition to our subscription plans, we also offer one-off purchase membership options for those who prefer not to commit to a monthly subscription. Our membership plans are detailed as follows:

Monthly Memberships

74.1 Patched 4H Membership

Monthly Cost: $10 per month

Benefits include:

• 50 accumulating entries per month into all promotional draws, subject to clause 21.
• Continuous access to Club Rates as long as the subscription is active.

One-off Purchase Memberships

For this Promotion, a one-off membership recorded before 11:00am AEST on Friday, 11 September 2026 receives its entries into both Draw 1 and Draw 2. A one-off membership recorded at or after that time receives its entries into Draw 2 only, even though the Draw 1 live stream takes place later that day.

74.8 Off Grid

Cost: $200.00

Benefits include:

• 250 entries into the promotion running at the time of purchase, allocated to draws in accordance with clauses 24 to 26.
• 1 year access to Club Rates.

Accumulating Entries

75. Accumulating entries are a unique benefit of our membership plans that allow you to participate in all promotional draws. These entries accumulate each month as long as your membership remains active. The more entries you have, the higher your chances of winning in our promotional draws.

76. Monthly Memberships: Entries are added to your account each month. For example, with the Patched 4H Membership, you receive 50 entries every month. These entries continue to accumulate for as long as your subscription is active. For instance, the month you purchase your Patched 4H Membership, you have 50 entries. In the second month, your membership is worth 100 entries. In the third month, you have 150 entries, and by the fourth month, you have accumulated 200 entries.

77. One-off Purchase Memberships: Entries are granted at the time of purchase and do not accumulate over time and do not count for every giveaway. If a One-Off membership is purchased outside of a promotion, the entries will not count towards the following promotion. For this Promotion, entries from a one-off purchase membership are allocated to draws in accordance with clauses 24 to 26.

78. Your accumulating entries are automatically added to your account. You will receive an email each month after renewal updating you of your total entry count. You can also view your total entry count by logging in to your Membership account on www.i4wd.club. These entries give you the opportunity to win exclusive prizes and offers in our regular promotional draws. Please check your junk and spam folders for this email.

Membership Cancellation

79. Patched (recurring) memberships can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation is a self-service process that must be actioned by the member. To cancel, log into your customer account at www.i4wd.club, navigate to the "Account" section, and click "Manage My Membership," where you will find the option to cancel your membership.

80. If a membership is cancelled while a promotion is running, all accumulated entries on the account will be forfeited from the time the cancellation takes effect. Eligibility to be drawn is fixed at the relevant entry cut-off time in accordance with clause 20. A cancellation taking effect after a cut-off time does not remove the entrant from the draw to which that cut-off applies, but does remove the entrant from any later draw in this Promotion. A cancellation taking effect before the Draw 1 cut-off time removes the entrant from both draws.

81. If a membership is cancelled and later renewed, the total entries for that membership will reset to zero. You will not regain any of the entries accumulated before the cancellation.

82. If a member emails i4wd.club requesting that the Promoter cancel their membership on their behalf, rather than using the self-service process described in clause 79, the Promoter will not action the cancellation until the member provides written acknowledgement (by reply email) confirming they understand that the Promoter cancelling their membership on their behalf will forfeit all accumulated entries currently on their account and remove them from any draw in this Promotion that has not yet been conducted at the time the acknowledgement is received. Members are encouraged to log into their account at www.i4wd.club to review their current entry count before providing acknowledgement. The cancellation will take effect from the date the written acknowledgement is received. Until the acknowledgement is received, the membership will remain active and continue to bill as normal. This clause does not apply where the member is cancelling an original membership as part of an upgrade or downgrade in accordance with clauses 83 and 84, in which case accumulated entries are retained.

Membership Upgrade/Downgrade

83. Memberships can be upgraded or downgraded at any time during a promotion and the total accumulated entries gained from the original membership will be retained.

84. For a membership upgrade or downgrade to take place, the upgraded or downgraded membership must be purchased before the cancellation of the original membership to retain the entries that have been accumulated during the time of the original membership purchase. Where both the original and the replacement membership are active at the same time, entries will accrue from one membership only, being the membership with the higher monthly entry allocation.

85. If the original membership is cancelled before the purchase of the upgraded or downgraded membership by mistake, please reach out to dan@i4wd.club to discuss.

Other

86. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this Promotion and these terms and conditions in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter's control, subject to any applicable State or Territory legislation and to the prior approval or direction of the relevant State or Territory regulatory authority. Any changes will be notified to entrants as soon as reasonably practicable via the i4wd.club Instagram account (@i4wd.club) and by email.

87. This Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

88. All promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other Social Network.

Membership Refunds or Returns

89. i4wd.club membership purchases are non-refundable. By purchasing a membership, you agree that ongoing access is provided as a digital service and cannot be returned or refunded once activated.

90. This policy complies with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind, forgot to cancel, or no longer wish to use the membership.

91. Refunds will only be considered in the event of a major failure, as defined under the Australian Consumer Law, where services were not delivered as described or were unreasonably delayed.

Promotion Cancellation Clause

92. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of i4wd.club, i4wd.club may in its sole discretion suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

Club Rates Discounts

93. i4wd.club Pty Ltd is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of discount codes offered by our Club Rates Partners. The Club House Fortnightly Store Credit Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

General

1. The Promoter is i4wd.club (ABN: 44 687 053 336 - Address: Level 1/202 Ross River Rd, Aitkenvale QLD 4814).

2. Participation in this giveaway is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and anything else that refers to this giveaway, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

4. No trade promotion permits are required for this giveaway.
Eligibility

5. Entry is open exclusively to active Patched Members of i4wd.club who are part of The Club House Facebook group at the time of entry.

6. Only Australian residents of QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, TAS, WA & NT living inside Australia are eligible. Residents of South Australia are excluded from this giveaway.

7. Entrants must be a current, active i4wd.club Patched Member at the time of the draw. If a drawn name belongs to an inactive member, their entry will be void, and a redraw will take place immediately.

8. Members who join The Club House after 6:00 PM AEST on the Friday before a draw will not be included in the upcoming draw but will be eligible for the following one.

Entry Process

9. Entry is automatic for all active Patched Members who are part of The Club House Facebook group at the time of the draw.

10. A list of eligible members will be compiled and posted in The Club House on the Friday before each draw by 6:00 PM AEST.

11. Names from this list will be entered into a random name generator, and the winner will be drawn live.

Draw Details

12. The first giveaway draw will take place on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at 4:00 PM AEST, and every fortnight thereafter on Saturdays at 4:00 PM AEST.

13. Draws will be conducted live on the i4wd.club Instagram account (@i4wd.club).

14. The drawn name will be checked against our Shopify database to verify their membership status.

15. If the drawn winner is found to be inactive at the time of the draw, they will be removed from The Club House, and a redraw will take place immediately.

16. The winner will be notified via call, text, email, and tagged in a post in The Club House.

17. The winner has until the Friday before the following draw (a fortnight later) to respond and claim their prize.

18. If the winner does not respond within this period, a redraw will take place.

Prize Details & Redemption

19. The prize is $500 store credit redeemable with any i4wd.club Club Rates Partner.

20. The store credit is not redeemable for cash.

21. The winner must provide the details of the item(s) they wish to purchase from a Club Rates Partner, up to a total value of $500.

22. If the total value of the selected item(s) exceeds $500, the winner is responsible for covering the additional cost.

23. The $500 can be split across multiple Club Rates Partner businesses, up to the total value.

24. Store credit does not need to be used in a single transaction.

25. Store credit does not expire.

26. Once the store credit has been arranged with a Club Rates Partner, it cannot be withdrawn.

27. If a selected Club Rates Partner is unable to participate for any reason, the winner can choose another partner to use the credit with.

28. If a winner chooses not to spend the full $500, the remaining balance can be kept as store credit with i4wd.club, unless the winner opts to hold onto it for future use with a Club Rates Partner.

Winner Responsibilities

29. The winner is responsible for confirming the items they wish to purchase and ensuring they meet the Club Rates Partner's purchasing conditions.

30. The store credit must be used in accordance with the terms of the selected Club Rates Partner.

31. The winner cannot use the store credit to purchase gift cards.

32. i4wd.club is not responsible for product availability, delays, or issues once the store credit is arranged with a Club Rates Partner.

Redraws & Disqualifications

33. If a drawn winner does not respond within the designated timeframe (by the Friday before the next draw), a redraw will occur.

34. If a winner is found to have violated membership rules, engaged in fraudulent activity, or breached The Club House community guidelines, their prize will be forfeited, and a redraw will occur.

35. If a winner is disqualified due to inactivity, their name will be immediately redrawn live.

Limitations & Liabilities

36. i4wd.club is not liable if a Club Rates Partner business cannot fulfill an order after the store credit has been issued.

37. i4wd.club is not responsible for any delays caused by external factors such as stock shortages, supplier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

38. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, hacking incidents, legal requirements, or any event beyond reasonable control.

39. All decisions made by i4wd.club regarding this giveaway are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Privacy & Personal Information

40. Any personal information provided as part of this giveaway will be handled in accordance with i4wd.club’s Privacy Policy.

41. The winner agrees to have their name announced in The Club House and on i4wd.club’s social media platforms.

42. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the entrant’s consent, except where required by law.
Changes to Terms & Conditions

43. The promoter reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to The Club House members and updated on the i4wd.club website.
