Becoming a member of i4wd.club means you get access to our huge collection of Club Rates on all the best brands in the game.
Not only that, but we're giving away awesome 4wd gear & accessories all the time.
By becoming a member, you will also obtain free entries into the draw with your purchase.
Which means instead of you buying the gear you want, you've got a chance to win it!
How do I become a member?
You can become a member by:
1. Clicking the "Join the club to save & win" button on our Home page
2. Clicking the "Click here to join the club & win" button on our Home page
3. Selecting your membership directly from the Home page
4. Selecting your membership from our Products page
And simply following the prompts!
What are the differences in the membership options?
There are 8 different i4wd.club memberships to choose from!
3 of them are monthly subscriptions and 5 of them are one-off purchases.
Monthly subscription memberships:
1. Patched 4H Monthly Membership
- $10 per month
- No lock in contract, cancel anytime
- Obtain 50 free accumulating entries each month counting towards every give away we run
2. Patched 4L Monthly Membership
- $20 per month
- No lock in contract, cancel anytime
- Obtain 120 free accumulating entries each month counting towards every give away we run
3. Patched Twin Locked Monthly Membership
- $50 per month
- No lock in contract, cancel anytime
- Obtain 300 free accumulating entries each month counting towards every give away we run
*Accumulating entries means that every month you're a loyal Patched Member of i4wd.club, your 50, 120 or 300 entries will accumulate.
So if you're a Patched 4LO Monthly Member, you get 120 free entries upon joining, then another 120 free entries on top each month, that count towards every single giveaway we run, automatically! Which looks like this:
Month 1 = 120
Month 2 = 240
Month 3 = 360
Month 6 = 720
Month 12 = 1,440
Month 24 = 2,880 entries!

- 1 year access to Club Rates
*One-off Memberships have a limited time access to Club Rates, once this period of time passes from the day of purchase, your access to Club Rates will be restricted. The entries you obtain with a one-off membership will only count towards the giveaway that's running at the time of purchase. If you purchase a one-off membership in a period of time where a giveaway is not live, your entries will count towards the next one automatically.
I've signed up, how do I view the Club Rates?

All instructions on activating your memberhsip are in your order confirmation email that was sent to the email address you entered when purchasing your membership.
You were also sent a 2nd email with the subject line "Customer account activation" that contains a button to press to activate your acccount and link your membership!
This sometimes ends up in your junk/spam folders so make sure you search for it there!
Click the big orange button that says "Activate your account" and set your password. This will link your membership to your account and you'll now be able to view our Club Rates & Members Specials pages when logged in!
If you cannot find this email, please reach out through our Contact Us page and we'll sort it out for you!
I can't find my email to activate my account & access the Club Rates?
Using the search tool of your email inbox, search for "Customer account activation".
This email can often end up in your junk/spam folders.
Feel free to reach out via the Contact Us page if you need further support.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my membership and will I keep my entries?
Absolutely!
All you need to do is purchase the upgraded or downgraded membership first, then cancel the original membership second!
By firstly purchasing the new membership, it means that when you cancel your original membership you'll still have another active membership!
As long as there is at least one active Patched membership remaining when you cancel another membership, you'll keep all the entries you've accumulated!
This means that if you really want to win the promotion we're currently running, you can go in and upgrade your membership to a higher tier, cancel the original one you have and get the extra entries on your account to go in the current draw!
When the draw is finished and you want to downgrade to a membership that's more manageable, simply sign up to the downgraded membership first, and then cancel the upgraded membership second and again, you'll keep all your entries!
How do I cancel my Patched Membership?
You don't. Nah kidding lol
If you're on a desktop computer or laptop, navigate to the person icon in the top right of your screen, this will take you to your customer account and log in if you're prompted to do so.
If you're on a mobile device, click on the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of your browser (menu button), then in the bottom left corner you will see the Facebook, Instagram & Youtube icons, above that is a person icon and the word "Account", click this and log in if you're prompted to.
On either desktop or mobile, you will now see the heading "Account", then underneath, "Log out" and "My Membership". Click on "My Membership".
Scroll to the bottom of the page on either desktop or mobile and above the footer you will see the "Status" section which should display "Active" if your account is currently active. Underneath this on mobile, or to the right of this on desktop, in red letters you will see the words "Cancel next renewal".
By pressing this, your next membership renewal will be cancelled and your membership will be deactivated.
Once your account is deactivated you will sacrifice all entries you have accumulated during the term of your membership.
If you choose to sign up again in the future, your entry count will start again from the number entries initially included in the Patched Membership you sign up to.
Alternatively, if you'd rather downgrade your membership instead of cancelling, simply purchase your downgraded membership first, then cancel the original one second. This way you will keep all the entries you've accumulated!
What are your permit numbers for the giveaway?
We hold a Trade Promotion Permit in the ACT, which is required for any promotion with a prize pool over $3,000. All other states and territories (except SA) recognise this permit, so we're good to go nationwide.
Unfortunately, South Australia doesn’t currently allow trade promotion permits for businesses like ours - so we aren’t able to accept entries from SA. Bit of a bummer, but them’s the rules.

How do I know the giveaway draw is fair?
We currently use a program called Random Picker by VeraMotion.
Their clients are Fortune 500 companies, SME segment, solo entrepreneurs, nonprofit fundraisers, bloggers, gamers, school groups, sport players, churches and many other users. their SaaS service is used in more than 150 countries worldwide.
Random Picker generates an online public record which declares a proper drawing process. This enables all entrants to check their participation in the draw. Nobody can get the whole list of entrants, the system provides a unique way of project transparency.
The RandomPicker.com system has been successfully tested by an independent auditor (Trustica.com). Random Picker encrypts your data in transit from our computer to their servers using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with a secure SHA-256 an encryption.
The source code of the application is available for state authorities to prove its correctness and independence.
Random Picker is GDPR compliant and their servers reside inside EU.

Yes absolutely!
How do I use the Club Rates?
Navigate to the brands Club Rate that you'd like to use. Copy the Club Rate code and then press the "Shop *whichever brand*" button to be taken directly to their website. If the brand's Club Rate is provided by a 4wd accessory retailer then you will be taken to that retailers online store to the page listing all the products on offer for that brand.
Add the items to your cart, proceed to checkout and then paste your Club Rate code in the "discount/coupon code" field.
Your total cart value will the display your discount.
Can you get Club Rates for other brands?
Definitely! We're reaching out to other brands an suppliers weekly to score you more Club Rates!

I've moved, how do I change my address?
Changing your shipping address with us is easy!
Simply log into your profile on our website.
If you're on mobile, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and you'll find a section with the heading "Account details", below your order history.
There is a link there that says "View addresses", click this to add, edit or delete any addresses you have listed.
If you're doing this on desktop then everything is the same except you don't need to scroll all the way to the bottom of your order history to find the "Account details" section, you'll find it right beside your order history on the right hand side!
How do I update or change my payment information?
Log into your account and click on the "My membership" link at the top of the page just under "Account" & "Log out".
Scroll down to "Billing Information" and click the button that says "Update Billing". This will send you an email for security purposes, to the email that you signed up with.
Go into this email and click the orange "View payment information" button. This will open a new page in your browser.
Here, you can see the current payment methods you have listed, your billing address, and if you scroll down you'll find a blue button that says "Update card".
Click this to add another card to your account!
Why is my Club Rate code not working?
Club Rate codes are overridden by a brand or retailers own sales/specials that they may be offering.
For example, if Sharp 4x4 are doing a 15% off sale on Ironman 4x4 suspension kits, or if 4WD Central are doing 20% off Dometic, then the Club Rates they've given us will be cancelled out by their own discount.
If you think something else is preventing the code from working, please reach out to us via the Contact Us page, or hit us up on our socials @i4wd.club.
Alternatively, you can reach out to the brand themselves if you wish.
Club Rates are also regularly updated to prevent leakages online. The Club Rate that worked for you this week may not work for you next week. So make sure you log in and check the codes before using them to stay up to date.
Some of our Club Rates Partners are massive businesses that have a lot going on. Sometimes they can make changes to their codes or their terms & conditions and fail to let us know.
